5. Orders

An order is only accepted when you receive an order confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all accessories and packaging where possible.

You may be responsible for return delivery costs unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Certain products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
