Shipping policy

Delivery is free across the UK. We normally aim to deliver orders within 7–14 working days, although times may vary depending on the product, stock availability and supplier.

Our delivery team will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date. Please ensure that access routes, including doorways, hallways and staircases, are large enough for the furniture ordered.

Customers should inspect the product for any visible damage or defects before the delivery team leaves. If you notice a problem, please tell the delivery team immediately and contact Sofa District at hello@sofadistrict.uk.

We will keep you informed if an unexpected delay affects your order.
